During our Phase 1 Pre-Launch phase, we collect only the personal data that you explicitly provide to us:
- Electronic Mail Address (Email): To record your position on the early supporter waitlist and deliver product launch notices, formulation disclosures, and third-party Certificate of Analysis documentation.
- Self-Selected Segment (Optional): To understand user demand profiles (e.g., tech/finance, exam prep, college).
- Consent Verification Metadata: Timestamp of consent, consent text version identifier, and referral source to demonstrate lawful processing under DPDP rules.
3. No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal data to data brokers, ad networks, or external commercial entities under any circumstances. Personal data is utilized exclusively for direct communication between LockIn and you.

All grievance tickets are reviewed directly by founders Ishan and Prateek within 7 business days.
5. Security & Infrastructure
Waitlist records are secured utilizing industry-standard cryptographic protocols on Cloudflare D1 encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized founders via multi-factor authentication.
