1. Dispatch & Processing Timeline

Once commercial sales commence, verified orders will be packaged and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment hub. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines by Region

Estimated transit times across India:

• Tier 1 Metros (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 2–4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days.
• Remote & Northeast Regions: 5–8 business days depending on local postal accessibility.

3. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, automated tracking coordinates and Air Waybill (AWB) numbers will be sent directly to your registered email and SMS via our logistics partners.

4. Packaging Integrity

All LockIn capsules are dispatched in tamper-evident, heat-sealed barrier pouches to protect active compounds from moisture, oxygen, and UV degradation. If a package arrives visibly breached or unsealed, refuse delivery and email contact@lockinpill.com.
